Do you provide the alcohol?
We don’t — Florida law doesn’t allow us to. But don’t worry! You supply the alcohol, and we’ll handle everything else. From the trailer bar and ice to bartenders, mixers, and garnishes, we take care of all the details. To make things easy, we’ll even provide a customized shopping list based on your guest count and drink preferences.
How can I determine how much to buy for my event?
Planning the perfect bar is easy with our drink calculator. It takes into account the number of guests, beverage preferences, typical consumption, and length of service to provide a tailored estimate. This ensures your bar is elegantly stocked and ready to impress your guests.
What is required to secure my booking?
To reserve your event, we require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. This ensures our bar, staff, and event details are exclusively dedicated to your occasion.

From setup to final pour, our staff ensures an elegant and effortless experience your guests will remember.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit, as preparation and staffing commitments have already been made.
Do you travel outside Palm Beach County?
Yes! We love bringing our mobile bar to events beyond Palm Beach County. A delivery fee will be added for locations outside the county, calculated based on distance. Reach out with your address, and we’ll provide a quote.
Gratuity Policy:
No need to worry about tipping — a 20% gratuity is already included in your package price.
